Initial Contact
If you are just looking for a hotel, cruise, or transportation booking, feel free to email lauren.ashbrook@fora.travel or DM me on Instagram (@travelwithlaurena) as our initial contact.
For full, in-depth trip planning, please fill out my intake form to get started. Once completed, I will reach out within 1-2 business days to set up an in-depth intro call so I can fully understand everything you are looking for. For optimal planning, please reach out 3-6 months before your trip.

"The Basics" Confirmation
No matter the package you choose, I will send over a curated list of accommodation and/or transportation options that best fit your budget within 1 week of our intro call/email and initial contract signed (contract will only be used for "The Curated Experience" package). Once you choose the options that work best for you, I will send all booking costs and details via email within 1-2 business days of your confirmations.

"The Curated Experience": Final Itinerary Delivery
Within 2 weeks of finalizing your "Basic" needs, I will send a sample, detailed itinerary of your trip. If there are any adjustments that need to be made, I will implement those changes and send the final itinerary to you within 1-2 business days of your confirmations.

Support and Updates
If there are any last minute questions or changes to your itinerary that need to be made before or during your trip, I will be there to support you the whole way!
